THE LETTING PROCESS

1. We will offer you a realistic rental market valuation.

2. We will give you tips on the presentation of your property to achieve the best rent.

3. We will advertise your property in our office window displays.

4. We will place your property details on our letting lists.

5. We will list your property on all relevant rental property websites for excellent coverage.

6. We will send your details to prospective tenants already on our database who may be interested in your property.

7. Viewings will be carried out on Mondays through Fridays 9am to 9pm and Saturdays 9am to 6pm (subject to your approval).

8. Our Lettings staff will work hard on your behalf and be in regular contact with you with updates.

9. We will arrange for a BER certicication to be carried out on your property if required.

10. We will keep you updated and inform you if any additional marketing of your property is required.
